Peyia town hall can offer an alternative outdoor venue ideal for those looking for something a little different. Set in the district of Peyia near to the Coral Bay area in Paphos Peyia municipality provides a leafy outdoor location that can be a welcome respite from the sun during the hottest months and provides a picturesque venue for photo opportunities. The water fountain that can be found in the grounds of the venue was built in 1907 although it is presumed this was to replace an older previous water source as the settlement of Peyia was formed and grew around this life giving fountain. Not only did women collect water from the springs here but this is where they would also secretly meet their loved ones, now the romance at this venue continues to flourish…..
Ceremonies are normally conducted between 10am-2pm Monday to Friday. Late afternoon time ceremonies are available at an additional cost.
However keep in mind that Peyia Town Hall can offer a later time ceremony on a Monday of each week at no additional cost, except during the months of June, July and August where the additional late ceremony fee applies. For example if you were to choose a Monday during the month of May or September you can choose to have your ceremony at 4pm or 5pm without paying the additional late ceremony fee. Something else to consider when choosing Peyia Town Hall.
